坐乐
Sitting form (zuò yuè) is a form of music in which the player performs while sitting in a state of silence. In seated music, the player usually sits with the instrument placed in front of or beside him or her and plays the instrument through the movement of the hands, feet, or other body parts. The performer is able to use instruments such as fingers, palms, or mallets more intently when sitting music to accurately tap or strike the instrument in order to express a wealth of musical techniques and emotions.
The sitting form is suitable for playing complex melodies and rhythms, demonstrating the player's skill and mastery of the instrument. Sitting form is often used in chamber performances, concerts and festivals.
Walking form (Xíng yuè) is a form in which the player performs while marching. In walking form, the players usually form a line and march or dance to the rhythm and music, playing their instruments at the same time. The marching musicians often march in unison, with their instruments sounding loudly to the beat, creating a majestic and powerful atmosphere. The marching form is more suitable for outdoor performance to inspire the atmosphere and present a warm and joyful atmosphere, often used in parades, festivals, carnivals and other occasions.
